Valley of the senses
The valley with its string of six lakes offers a wonderful nature scenery throughout the year. Our guests can discover this fabulous landscape and unwind, while having a walk. Following a gently climbing footpath running up the valley from Bad Faulenbach, you can reach the mysterious lake “Alatsee” within an hour. In summer the idyllic natural beaches at the lakes “Mittersee” and “Obersee” are a fine place for families.
The resort of Bad Faulenbach, having already been a moor spa and hydrotherapy resort since the Roman era beside the ancient Roman road “Via Claudia Augusta”, offers excellent facilities for the successful treatment and alleviation of rheumatic troubles, gynaecological disorders, urological diseases as well as dermatological troubles, metabolic disorders and connective tissue diseases.

Given its romantic location, the resort of “Hopfen am See” is a marvellous place for restful holidays with the whole family. There are shallow beaches along the lakeshore where families can spend pleasant moments. Any point of the lakeshore can be reached during trip by pedal boat, rowing boat or sailing boat.

The resort of Füssen-Weißensee
The village of Weißensee is a climatic resort, being nestled in the idyllic scenery of the marvellous Algovian landscape. The shore of its homonymous lake is freely accessible everywhere. Therefore the resort is recommended by the German Automobile Club (ADAC) especially for family holidays.
Thanks to the beach with children’s playground, the shallow water and the pleasant water temperature in summer, families can spend pleasurable holidays.
In winter there are snow-cleared footpaths, cross country skiing trails of 40 kilometres, running through the beautiful landscape, and ski runs at a distance of only 10 kilometres. The guests can also practise ice-skating and curling on the frozen lake and afterwards taste a fine grog in a cosy inn.
